The ground floor boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 of them Master Suites with private baths. The forth bedroom is a fun child-friendly bunk room with access to a full hall bath. There is a spacious gathering area for your enjoyment with a convenient wet bar and refrigerator. The second middle level has a huge great room with a cozy gas fireplace, large dining room and spacious kitchen that opens to the dining and great room. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and countertop bar seating, all Stainless Steel Appliances including 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators, a large cooktop, microwave, and oven...a beautiful location for creating lasting vacation memories! The second level offers a Master Suite with full bath, and a bunkbed room with access to a full hall bath. The third level of this beautiful home has an incredible Oceanside large Master Suite with a full bath and amazing views, as well as another Master suite with full bath on the west side. Deposits: 300
Payment Policies: Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. You may reserve a cottage by phone, mail or in person at our office. A deposit of one-half of the total rent plus the security deposit and administration fee is required within fourteen days from the day the reservation is made. A lease agreement will be mailed to you when the reservation is made and must be mailed back to us along with your deposit.
Cancellations: Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, and you have to cancel for any reason, your money is not refunded unless we re-rent the cottage for the same time period. Once the cottage is re-rented, your money is refunded less 15% of gross rent, plus a $45.00 administrative fee. Please be advised that it is extremely difficult to secure new rental agreements to replace those cancelled upon such short notice. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Transfers to other cottages are treated as cancellations.
Arrival/Departure: Cottages are available for check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Every effort is made to insure that all units are clean and ready for occupancy; however, in some instances it is necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. There are no rebates for such late occupancy. If you anticipate arrival after 5:00 p.m., please notify our office ahead of time so that arrangements can be made for keys and directions. COTTAGES will not BE AVAILABLE FOR CHECK-IN EARLIER THAN 3:00 P.M.. EXPRESS CHECK-IN: Guests who have prepaid their total balance and signed their lease at least 3 weeks prior to arrival will be able to take advantage of our drive-thru Express Check-In. No need to park the car and stand in line. Hit the beach sooner with our Express Check-In! Check-out time is by 10 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
