Additional Rates: Our water is on and cottages are OPEN no later than May 1st of each season.
From opening day thru the month of MAY, our rates can be as low as $59.00 to $99.00 per night depending on which cottage, the number of people, and if there will be any pets, boats or jetski's. There are 2 SPECIAL EVENTS in May each year when rates are $89.00 to $229.00 ~ The annual Winni Derby that is held the weekend after Mother's Day and Memorial Day Weekend.
There is a great first weekend in JUNE with rates from $99.00 to $229.00 per night from June 1st until the start of the 10-night Annual Motorcycle Week in mid-June. For this event, we rent the first weekend of Bike Week, then mostly for the week Sunday to Sunday. There is also a great second half of June up until the week of the 4th of July with rates from $79.00 up to $229.00.
During most of JULY & AUGUST, most of our cottages with kitchens/porches/separate bedrooms etc. rent weekly Saturday to Saturday with weekly rates ranging from $899.00 to $1,599.00 depending on which cottage, the number of adults, couples or singles, # of children with their ages and if there will be any pets, boats, jetski's, etc..
Cottages #1, #2, #3, #6, #7 and #8 are available for less than a weeks stay with rates dependent on availability ~ rate range is $149.00 to $249.oo per night during the summer.
Labor Day Weekend ends on the first Monday of SEPTEMBER and we have 3-night stay specials ranging from $399.00 up to $750.00 for all 3 nights depending on which cottages, etc.
After Labor Day Weekend, we have rates as low as $69.00 upward. We are open thru the end of OCTOBER!

Arrival/Departure: Technically Check-in is @ 3pm & Check-out is at 11:00am. However, we do encourage that you get here as early as possible & we will have you in your cottage just as quickly as we can. Don't stay home if you can be here.
Tax: 9% rooms & meals tax for State of NH
