Blue Bird: The Echo Valley cabins are located in the beautiful Black Hills, just outside Keystone, the small town at the foot of Mt. Rushmore. This cabin is 10 minutes from BackRoads Inn and Cabins. The Blue Bird is a homey cabin with a queen bed and private front sun porch with twin sofa-sleeper and twin bed. Apartment size kitchen. Bath/shower. Cabin is fully made up. Deposits: first nights rent
Payment Policies: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, Check
Pet Policy: There is a $40.00 fee per pet, per 2 night stay, $5.00 each night there after. Pets MUST be approved by Management prior to your arrival, be well trained, and cannot disturb other guests. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture and must be kenneled when you are not in the cabin. Please clean up after your pet. You will be responsible for damages to the cabins,other guest or property and/or additional cleaning charges. Your credit card will be billed for such damages or cleaning charges if other arrangements are not made. If you choose to brake this policy you with be asked to leave and there is no refunds due you.
Smoking Policy: All of our cabins are non-smoking, you must smoke out side of the cabin. Please use ash trays and do not put butts on ground. Please help us prevent forest fires. There is a $150.00 fee if this policy is violated. Thank You!
Sturgis Rally Policy: Sturgis Rally Policy: There is a five-night minimum during rally. One night's rent is required when you make your reservations & is nonrefundable. The balance is due on May 1. You may send a check by April 25th or the balance will be run on your credit card on May 1st. All cancellations on or after May 1st are nonrefundable. There will be no exceptions to this policy!
Cancellations: A $30.00 fee, per unit reserved, will be charged for all cancellations. Any cancellations within 30 days of your arrival will be charged for the total of your reservation, and no refund is due. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrive. Your credit card will be ran at 30 days prior to arrival for balance due, unless payment has been received by mail or other arrangements have been made. A $30.00 fee will be charged to anyone who denies charges and we prove charges were in accordance with our policies.
