Nicely landscaped yard is complete with an in-ground salt-water pool. A cook's kitchen (2 dishwashers) opens to a dining area that can seat 24 people. Open floor plan includes upstairs beachside sunroom and downstairs family game room with a second full-size refrigerator. Six bedrooms sleep 20 people plus a daybed for any unexpected overnight guest.

Amenities: enclosed backyard salt water pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, basketball hoop, ample parking, front and back decks, and spacious fenced yard. CAC, 9 TV's including wide screen Smart-TV with surround sound, DVD library, games, poker table, portacrib, high chair, and high speed wireless internet access. No smoking. Dogs allowed at owner's discretion. Enter the first floor foyer and to your left is a spacious king bedroom with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. ) To your right are two bedrooms for the kids: each bedroom has a TV and two bunksets (twin over double.) These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Ahead of you is a large game room/family room with an 8' pool table and a seating area facing the wide screen TV. A second full-size refrigerator is on this lower level, so your beach and pool beverages are chilled and accessible, and providing extra grocery storage.

Adjacent to the family room is an oversized washer and dryer if you have to do laundry on vacation. Open the sliding doors onto the lower deck overlooking an enclosed salt water swimming pool and pool deck with lots of comfortable chairs and chaises. From the pool area climb the outside stairs to the second floor back deck where you can sit and watch the kids in the pool. This deck has a dining table and chairs for six. The second floor has a huge open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. The cook's kitchen has everything you'll need (blender, baking dishes, serving bowls) and the dining room table seats 20. There is a second table for extra diners, puzzles or games that converts to a poker table.

The living room has big windows looking out on the ocean and a widescreen Smart-TV, DVD player and surround sound. Walk through the living room into the tiled sunroom that has a daybed (with trundle); the sunroom opens onto the front second floor deck. Out on this ocean-facing deck, sit back in a comfortable Adirondack chair, soak in the hot tub, or climb up another level and relax in the crow's nest--from there you can see for miles and miles.

Adjacent to the living room there is another spacious king bedroom with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.) On the other side of the living room are two more king bedrooms which share a bathroom. From the front bedroom you can access the front deck, hot tub and crow's nest; from the back bedroom you can access the back deck and head down to the pool.
