This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath beach home is 2-stories and features a fabulous back patio featuring spa, fire pit, and dining area for 6. Leading from the back patio is the private dock with fish cleaning station, perfect for parking your flats boat or kayaks. The main level features a gorgeous living room area with half bath and French doors to the back porch. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to prepare your favorite seaside dish. The dining room features seating for 4-6 with additional seating at the kitchen counter. The laundry room with stackable washer/dryer is also located on the main level.
The 2nd level features a family room with large flat screen TV and French doors to the riverfront balcony. Step out and enjoy the views! All 3 bedroom are located on the 2nd level. The 1st bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twins. The 3rd bedroom 2 sets of bunks(4 beds) and a TV. There is also a full bath with tub/shower.
The home also features WiFi, outside shower, canoe, charcoal bar-b-que grill, cable TV and all linens are supplied. 1 Small pet ok with pet fee, no long haired pets. |

Deposits: $500 and applied towards the rent.
Payment Policies: To make reservations, call our Central Reservation Department at 1-800-521-9657 or book your reservation online. "A reservations deposit of $500 is required. Note: Your reservation deposit and prepaid rent will be placed in an interest bearing escrow account and all interest will accrue to Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. We will accept VISA or MASTER CARD only for the deposit. Payment is full is due 60 days in advance. Please send your personal check payable to Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. Sorry, we no longer accept credit card payments for final payment. If you are paying on arrival, please remember to bring a personal check, travelers check or cash. Reservations will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a deposit. Deposits are collected on every unit rented, all year round!
Quoted rates do not include daily maid or linen service. Daily maid service is available upon request at reasonable rates based on unit size. (Sorry! No refunds for early departures). Monthly rentals consist of four weeks (28 nights).
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, all prepaid amounts will be retained as liquidated damages unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 90-days prior to your arrival. Penalties will be waived if the unit is re-rented at the same rate, and for the full term of your reservation. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee. In addition, a non-refundable booking fee is charged on each reservation.
Arrival/Departure: Saturday to Saturday stays during the high season! Can be flexible with dates during the off season. Call rental office directly for special event and holiday weekend rates and terms at 800-521-9657.
