Of course, luxury can be found throughout. Each bedroom has a king and flat screen TV, but that’s just the start. The bathrooms are evocative of a spa and have showers large enough that you’ll be able to scrub all those hard to reachspots. If you’re lucky enough to be sleeping in the master, you’ll have doors leading right out to the pool patio.

In fact, let’s take a moment to talk about the tropical paradise waiting in your backyard. With a wading area for the kids and a swim up bar for the adults, anticipate a lot of your family vacation memories taking place around the pool.

Throw some burgers on the Brinkman gas grill, stretch out on alounger or under your tiki umbrella – just remember that sunscreen!

And don’t let your fun in the sun be contained to the backyard. Take one of the owner provided bikes out for a ride around the island. Feel free to grab the beach wagon and toys. The Gulf of Mexico is only a block and a half away and there are sandcastles to be built! Should you want to keep your feet on dry land for the day, try hopping aboard Anna Maria Island’s free trolley. It’ll take you from Bridge Street to Pine Ave and back again, all in air conditioned comfort.

If you get just a little too sundrenched, gather everyone together in the downstairs game room. Between the Nintendo Wii and a wide variety of board games, there’s something to keep everyone smiling. The property is also equipped with wireless internet and printer, just in case your have to work while on vacation.

Anna Maria Island Community Center Access: Congratulations, you have chosen a vacation home that has enrolled in the “renter membership access program”! You may utilize the community centers facility during your stay free of charge and get a discounted rate on programs and classes! The center is located on Magnolia Ave in Anna Maria City. They offer tennis, a fitness room, yoga and Pilates, pickle ball, art lessons and more. Simply let us know you would like to participate and we will provide the necessary authorization. Great news, this property welcomes ANY DAY arrivals in “non-peak” seasons. However, over most US holidays and during January-Easter the calendar is strictly SAT-SAT.
